Stewards who would be unavailable are requested to find an alternative to take their place.
Stewards should be available 15 mins before commencement to collect money and welcome guests.
Stewards should arrange be at the The Lincoln Hotel, Eastgate at 18.45 and await any unannounced visitors then direct them to the club venue for that evening.Meetings:
